I’m a strategic HR and people leader with a background spanning organizational effectiveness, leadership development, learning and development, and people strategy. Over the course of my career, I’ve partnered with leaders and teams navigating growth, change, and increasing complexity, helping organizations strengthen how they communicate, lead, and operate together.
My work sits at the intersection of people, performance, and sustainable growth. I believe the healthiest organizations are not simply efficient; they create clarity, trust, accountability, and the conditions for people to do meaningful work well. Whether supporting leadership teams, building people infrastructure, facilitating development experiences, or helping organizations navigate transition, I approach the work with both strategic rigor and deep curiosity about human behavior and team dynamics.
Alongside my corporate work, movement and embodiment practices have become an essential part of how I understand leadership, resilience, and growth. My aerial practice in particular has taught me a great deal about courage, adaptability, presence, and learning to move through uncertainty with both discipline and trust. These values deeply inform how I lead and partner with others.
I’m especially interested in the invisible dynamics that shape how individuals and organizations function; the ways stress, ambiguity, communication patterns, and leadership behaviors influence performance, culture, and wellbeing over time. I believe sustainable leadership requires not only strong strategy and execution, but also self-awareness, reflection, and the capacity to remain grounded amidst complexity.
Through The Embodiment Studio, I bring together my experience across organizational consulting, leadership development, and embodiment-based practices to support individuals, leaders, and teams in creating greater clarity, effectiveness, and alignment in how they work and move through the world.
